It’s time to hit your wellness peak. PEAQ Wellness has opened in Dubai, UAE, and pitches itself as the first social wellness club in the Middle East. The concept combines fitness and recovery and aims to create a community. PEAQ was created by the UAE-born entrepreneur Ali Hassoun. Visitors can choose from a range of treatments and classes which support physical as well as mental rejuvenation. Treatments include ice baths, contrast therapy, stretch and sports massage sessions, and hyperbaric oxygen treatments. Classes include breathwork, sound healing, and restorative yoga.
