Founder’s Membership Terms & Conditions

Welcome to PEAQ! We’re excited to have you join as one of our exclusive Founder’s Members. By purchasing this membership, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Membership Details
The Founder’s Membership is priced at AED 1,500 per month plus 5% VAT. This amount will be deducted automatically every month using your chosen payment method.
A minimum commitment of 3 months is required. After the initial 3-month period, you may cancel your membership with a one-month notice in advance.
The Founder’s Membership is valid for up to one year from the date of purchase.

2. Membership Benefits
Your membership allows you to book one Pilates class and one cold plunge/sauna/contrast therapy session per day.
You can bring one first-time guest per month to use any offering at PEAQ, whether it’s a Pilates class or a contrast therapy session.
Please note: The same guest cannot attend for free twice. After their initial complimentary session, any additional classes or sessions must be paid for at the standard rate.

3. Guest Booking Policy
All guest bookings are subject to availability. We recommend booking in advance to secure your spot.
To bring a guest, members must call the studio and book their guest’s session in advance.
The booking window for Pilates classes opens one week before the class date.

4. Membership Cancellation
You may cancel your membership only after completing the minimum 3-month commitment period.
To cancel, you must provide a one-month written notice via email to our membership team.
If you cancel mid-month, your membership will continue until the end of the next billing cycle, and you will still have access to all the benefits until that time.

5. General Terms
No Refunds: Membership fees are non-refundable. This includes any unused classes or therapy sessions.
Class Cancellations: If you need to cancel a class or session, please do so at least 12 hours in advance to avoid a late cancellation fee of AED 150. This fee will be automatically charged to your payment method on file.
Guest Responsibility: Members are fully responsible for their guests. Any damages or misconduct by a guest will result in charges to the member’s account.

Policy Changes: PEAQ reserves the right to update these terms and conditions as necessary. Members will be notified of any changes via email.
