1.⁠ ⁠Guest Booking
Guest sessions are subject to availability, and we recommend booking in advance.
For Lagree and Recovery memberships, guests must be booked through the studio team prior to the visit.

2.⁠ ⁠Membership Commitment & Cancellation
Memberships require a minimum commitment of three (3) months.

After this period, members may cancel by providing one month’s written notice via email to our membership team.

If notice is given mid-month, the membership will remain active until the end of the following billing cycle, and all benefits will remain available during this time.

3.⁠ ⁠General Terms

No Refunds
Membership fees are non-refundable, including any unused classes or therapy sessions.

Class Cancellations
Classes or sessions must be cancelled at least 12 hours in advance. Late cancellations or no-shows will incur a AED 150 fee, charged to the payment method on file.

Guest Responsibility
Members are responsible for their guests during their visit. Any damages or misconduct caused by a guest may result in charges to the member’s account.
